When I started teaching, I noticed students struggled most with adapting recipes to their own kitchens and preferences. That's why our materials focus heavily on understanding principles rather than just following instructions. Our upcoming intensive program starting September 2025 will combine these study materials with hands-on practice sessions and personalized feedback. Students work at their own pace through the materials, then apply what they've learned in guided cooking sessions.
